The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued an alert about flea fever.

The agency advises against all outdoor activities, including playing sports and going for long walks.

It warns people to wear masks and to wear long-sleeved shirts and pants.

You also might want to take a breather and have someone else to watch you while you are at work.
